The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the law enforcement against traffic accidents by police in jurisdiction Batang Resort Police. To know factors that hinder settlement accident casesin policies handle This study uses a sociological juridical approach, with descriptive analytical specification. data used are secondary obtained from literature study. were analyzed qualitative manner. results Law Enforcement Against Traffic Accidents Police can be done penal non-penal. efforts through route focus more on repressive nature (oppression/eradication/suppression) after crime has occurred, while non-penal focuses preventive (enforcement/deterrence/control) before occurs. Basically implementation criminal policy (criminal policy) using carried mechanism justice system system).The cases are: Summoning or Presenting Witness Factors Lack Legal Knowledge. Policies for Handling conducting blue patrols at violator-prone hours road, cross patrols, socialization (security, safety, order road users), installing banners accident-prone points.
